• Build time is 3-7 business days after order confirmation
• You will receive build specifications for approval before assembly
• Custom builds are tested before delivery
• Custom builds are non-refundable once you approve the specifications
• Warranty covers hardware defects, not software installation or configuration

5. ORDERING PROCESS

5.2 Order Acceptance

We may refuse or cancel orders if:
