SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver gaming components, peripherals, and custom-built PCs across the United Arab Emirates and select GCC countries.

1.1 UAE Delivery Areas

We provide delivery services to all seven Emirates:

  • Zone 1 (Major Cities): Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman
  • Zone 2 (Northern Emirates): Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain
  • Zone 3 (Remote Areas): Al Ain, Liwa, Western Region, and other remote locations

1.2 GCC Delivery

We currently offer delivery to the following GCC countries:

  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)
  • Oman
  • Qatar
  • Kuwait
  • Bahrain

Note: International delivery times and charges may vary. Please contact us for specific information about GCC deliveries.

2. Delivery Options & Timeframes

2.1 Standard Delivery (UAE)

  • Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman: 2-3 business days
  • Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 3-4 business days
  • Remote areas (Al Ain, Liwa, etc.): 4-5 business days
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM: Processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends: Processed on the next business day

2.2 Custom-Built PCs

For custom-built gaming PCs:

  • Build time: 3-7 business days (depending on configuration complexity)
  • We will contact you to schedule delivery once your build is complete
  • Delivery timeframe: As per standard delivery zones after completion

2.3 International Delivery (GCC)

Delivery timeframes for GCC countries vary by destination. You will be provided with an estimated delivery date after order confirmation.

3. Shipping Costs

3.1 UAE Standard Shipping

  • Flat Rate: AED 30 for all orders within the UAE
  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days depending on location

3.2 International Shipping (GCC Countries)

For orders outside the UAE (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain), you will be contacted directly to discuss delivery charges based on:

  • Destination country and city
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Customs and import requirements

Please note: International shipping costs vary and will be confirmed before order processing.

4. Order Processing

  • In-Stock Items: Processed within 24 hours of order confirmation
  • Pre-Order Items: Processing begins upon stock arrival (you will be notified)
  • Custom-Built PCs: 3-7 business days for assembly and testing before shipping

4.2 Order Cutoff Times

  • Standard Delivery: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day
  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 6:00 PM on Friday or during weekends will be processed on Sunday

4.3 Stock Availability

  • We strive to maintain accurate inventory levels on our website
  • If an item becomes out of stock after your order, we will contact you with options:
    • Wait for restock (with estimated date)
    • Substitute with a similar product (with your approval)
    • Cancel the item and receive a refund

5. Packaging & Handling

All products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery:

  • Components: Anti-static bags, bubble wrap, and sturdy boxes
  • Fragile Items: Extra cushioning, foam inserts, and "Fragile" labels
  • Monitors & Screens: Original manufacturer packaging with additional protective layers
  • Custom-Built PCs: Anti-static foam, secure mounting, and tested before shipping
  • Peripherals: Original packaging with protective wrapping

6. Delivery Process

6.1 Order Confirmation

  • Immediate: Order confirmation email with order number and details
  • Within 24 hours: Order processing notification with expected delivery timeframe
  • Before delivery: Tracking number and courier details

6.2 Tracking Your Order

  • Track your order using the tracking number provided via email/SMS
  • Real-time updates on order status through our website or courier partner's tracking system
  • SMS notifications at key delivery milestones

6.3 Delivery Attempt

  • Call or message you 30-60 minutes before delivery
  • Attempt delivery during standard business hours (9:00 AM - 8:00 PM)
  • Require signature upon delivery
  • Verify order details and payment (for COD orders)

6.4 Failed Delivery Attempts

  • First Attempt: Courier will leave a notification and attempt redelivery the next business day
  • Second Attempt: Another delivery attempt within 2 business days
  • Third Attempt: Final delivery attempt
  • After Third Failed Attempt: Order returned to our warehouse; additional charges may apply for re-delivery

7. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We accept Cash on Delivery for orders within the UAE. COD is currently not available for GCC countries outside the UAE.

7.2 COD Fees

  • Standard COD Fee: AED 10 per order (non-refundable)
  • This fee covers additional verification and handling costs

7.3 COD Order Verification

  • Phone Verification: Our customer service team will call to verify your order within 2-4 hours of placement
  • SMS/WhatsApp Confirmation: You may receive an OTP or confirmation link to validate your order
  • Address Verification: We will confirm your complete delivery address and contact number

Failure to respond to verification attempts within 24 hours may result in automatic order cancellation.

7.5 COD Payment Requirements

  • Accepted: UAE Dirhams (AED) in cash only
  • Not Accepted: Credit cards, cheques, foreign currency, or digital payments at the door
  • Exact Amount: Please prepare exact amount if possible; courier may have limited change

8. Online Payment via Stripe

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Payment Security: All online payments are processed securely through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant system
  • Payment Authorization: Payment is authorized at the time of order placement

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

9.1 UAE VAT

  • All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of 5% UAE VAT
  • VAT is automatically calculated and included in your final price at checkout

9.2 GCC Countries

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply for deliveries to other GCC countries
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • We are not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees

10. Delivery Issues & Resolution

10.1 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • DO NOT ACCEPT the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged
  • Take photos/videos of the damaged package with the courier present
  • Report the damage to us immediately
  • We will arrange for replacement or refund after investigation

10.2 Missing Items

  • Verify against your order confirmation email and packing slip
  • Report missing items within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will investigate and ship missing items at no additional cost

10.4 Non-Delivery

  • Check with family members, neighbors, or building security
  • Verify the delivery address on your order
  • Contact us within 48 hours; we will investigate with the courier
  • If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund

11. Delivery During Public Holidays

Delivery services are not available on UAE public holidays. During peak seasons (Ramadan, Eid, National Day, New Year), delivery times may be extended by 1-2 business days.

12. Bulk & Corporate Orders

For orders containing 10+ units or valued at AED 20,000+, we offer dedicated account management, priority processing, and volume discounts.

13. Environmental Commitment

14. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier partners in the UAE who are licensed, insured, and trained in handling sensitive electronics.

15. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Provide correct delivery address and valid phone number
  • Receiving Deliveries: Be available during delivery window and inspect package before accepting
  • Order Changes: Address changes must be requested within 2 hours of order placement

16. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will notify you and provide alternative arrangements.
