CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — at that point, our Return & Exchange Policy applies.

• Standard orders: Cancellable before dispatch
• Custom-built PCs: Cancellable before assembly has started. Once parts have been allocated and assembly begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible through any of the following:

1. Email us at hello@gccgamingpc.com with your order number and reason for cancellation
2. Call or WhatsApp us at +971 54 214 2506 (Mon – Sat: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM)
3. Our team will confirm whether your order is eligible for cancellation based on its current status

We recommend reaching out immediately after placing the order to maximize the chance of a successful cancellation before dispatch.

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, refunds are processed as follows:

• Card payments (Stripe): Refunded to the original payment method. Please note that Stripe's processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount as these are non-recoverable.
• Bank transfer payments: Refunded to the bank account you provide. Processing may take 3–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: No payment has been made — the order is simply cancelled with no charge.
• Store credit option: You may choose to receive your refund as store credit instead of returning to the original payment method.
• Processing time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Custom-Built PC Cancellations

Custom PC builds require dedicated time, labour, and allocated components. The following applies:

• Cancellation is accepted free of charge if requested before assembly has started
• Once assembly has begun, cancellation is not possible
• If full payment was made by card or bank transfer and cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued (minus any applicable Stripe fees for card payments)
• COD custom PC orders may be cancelled at any time before delivery with no charge

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Orders that have already been dispatched or are out for delivery
• Custom-built PCs where assembly has already begun
• Digital products, software licences, or game activation codes once fulfilled
• Orders explicitly marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase

After Dispatch — Return & Exchange

If your order has already shipped and you no longer want it, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy. You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery in accordance with that policy.
