RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Period

  • Unopened products: 7 days from delivery date
  • Defective products: 14 days from delivery date
  • Custom-built PCs: No returns after customer approval (warranty coverage applies)

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Original purchase invoice/receipt required
  • Product serial number must match our records
  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components must be included
  • Product must be in unused, resalable condition with no signs of installation or use
  • Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning the product

How to Return a Product

  1. Contact our customer service team within the eligible return period via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return
  3. Obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from our team
  4. Securely package the product with all original contents
  5. Return the product to our store/warehouse with the RA number clearly marked on the package

Refund Methods

  • Cash on Delivery purchases: Refund via bank transfer or store credit
  • Stripe/Card payments: Refund to original payment method
  • Processing time: 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

Restocking Fees

  • Unopened products: No restocking fee
  • Opened products (non-defective): 15% restocking fee of the purchase price
  • Defective products: No restocking fee

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened software, digital downloads, or game activation codes
  • Products with broken seals (unless defective)
  • Items with missing, damaged, or tampered serial numbers
  • Special order or custom-configured items after customer approval
  • Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Defective Products

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item:

  • Contact us immediately within 14 days of delivery
  • Provide details of the defect with photos or videos if possible
  • We will arrange for replacement, repair, or full refund based on your preference
  • No restocking fee applies for verified manufacturing defects
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for:

  • Defective products within 14 days
  • Wrong items shipped due to our error
  • Products not matching the description on our website

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Manufacturer Warranty

All products carry manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page and warranty card. For warranty claims beyond the initial return period, please contact the manufacturer directly or reach out to us for assistance with the warranty process.

Important Notes

  • All returns must include the original invoice and Return Authorization number
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping charges unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements
  • Products must be returned in the same condition as received
  • Serial numbers will be verified upon return

Shipping Costs

  • Non-defective returns: Customer pays return shipping
  • Defective products or our error: We cover return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees: Non-refundable unless product is defective
