How It Works

Select your processor and graphics card, then set how many hours a day you game and how many the PC sits idle. The calculator sums the official TDPs, adds a 75W allowance for the motherboard, memory, storage and fans, and applies a 65% load factor — measured gaming draw sits well below the theoretical maximum. Idle hours are costed at a flat 75W. Monthly kWh is then multiplied by your market's residential tariff, with a national/expat toggle where the market publishes separate rates.

Gaming draw = 65% × (CPU TDP + GPU TDP + 75W system overhead), with idle hours at a flat 75W — consistent with the allowances our PSU calculator publishes.
