WARRANTY POLICY

Overview

At GCC Gaming PC, we stand behind every product we sell and every PC we build. This page outlines the warranty coverage you can expect on our products and custom builds.

Manufacturer Warranty

All individual components and peripherals sold by GCC Gaming PC carry the standard manufacturer warranty as specified on the product page and the warranty card included in the box. Warranty periods vary by brand and product category.

  • Warranty start date: Warranty commences from the date of the original purchase invoice, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • CPU / Processors: typically 3 years manufacturer warranty
  • Graphics Cards (GPU): typically 3 years manufacturer warranty
  • Motherboards: typically 3 years manufacturer warranty
  • RAM / Memory: typically lifetime or 5+ years manufacturer warranty
  • Storage (SSD / HDD): typically 3–5 years manufacturer warranty
  • Power Supplies: typically 5–10 years manufacturer warranty (brand-dependent)
  • Peripherals and accessories: typically 1–2 years manufacturer warranty

The exact warranty period for each product is displayed on the individual product page. When in doubt, contact us and we will confirm the warranty coverage for your specific item.

Our Role in Warranty Claims

For manufacturer warranty claims, GCC Gaming PC acts as a facilitator between you and the brand, manufacturer, or authorized distributor. Primary responsibility for warranty service — including assessment, repair, and replacement — rests with the respective manufacturer or their authorized service center.

  • We will assist you in initiating and coordinating warranty claims
  • We cannot override or expedite manufacturer decisions on warranty eligibility
  • Turnaround times for repairs depend on the manufacturer or service center
  • Geographic scope: Manufacturer warranty is applicable within the UAE only, unless otherwise stated on the product page or warranty card.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product fails to function immediately upon first use (Dead on Arrival), the following applies:

  1. Contact us within 1 working day of delivery to report a DOA product
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the fault, and supporting photos or videos
  3. The product will be assessed by the respective manufacturer, service center, or authorized service provider to confirm DOA status
  4. Based on the assessment, a replacement or repair will be arranged in line with the manufacturer's DOA policy

DOA determination is made by the manufacturer or their authorized service center, not by GCC Gaming PC. We will act as your point of contact throughout this process.

Assembly Warranty (Custom-Built PCs)

In addition to manufacturer warranty on each component, all custom-built PCs assembled by GCC Gaming PC are covered by a 1-year assembly warranty from the date of delivery. This covers:

  • Faults caused by incorrect wiring, assembly errors, or component seating issues
  • Loose connections or cable management failures that cause performance issues
  • Any defect attributable to our assembly process rather than the component itself
  • Labour costs: Covered by us at no charge during the 1-year assembly warranty period
  • Replacement parts: If a component fails and is covered under manufacturer warranty, the replacement is handled through that warranty. If the part is not covered by manufacturer warranty, the cost of the part will be borne by the customer.

This assembly warranty does not cover component failures unrelated to assembly (those fall under manufacturer warranty), physical damage, or misuse.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim for either a component or a custom-built PC:

  1. Contact our support team via email at hello@gccgamingpc.com or call +971 54 214 2506
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and a description of the issue
  3. Share photos or videos of the fault if possible — this speeds up the assessment
  4. Our team will assess the claim and advise whether it falls under assembly warranty, manufacturer warranty, or neither
  5. Drop off the product at our location. We do not currently offer pick-up for warranty claims.
  6. We will repair or replace the faulty component and return the product to you

What Voids the Warranty

The following will void your warranty — both our assembly warranty and may affect manufacturer warranty claims:

  • Physical damage: drops, cracks, bent pins, or impact damage
  • Water or liquid damage of any kind
  • Unauthorized modifications: changing components, overclocking beyond manufacturer specs without our guidance, or altering the build without our knowledge
  • Tampering with or removing manufacturer warranty seals or serial number stickers
  • Damage caused by use of incorrect voltage, power surges, or incompatible accessories
  • Any defect resulting from accident, misuse, or neglect

In addition to the above, each manufacturer may have their own conditions that void their warranty. Please refer to the documentation included with your product.

Warranty on Pre-Built PCs

Pre-built gaming PCs sold by GCC Gaming PC come with the manufacturer warranty on each individual component. As these are assembled units, our 1-year assembly warranty also applies for any faults attributable to the assembly process.

Always keep your original purchase invoice and warranty cards — these will be required for any warranty claim.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs

If your product is out of warranty or the issue is not covered, we still offer paid repair services. Contact us to discuss your options and we will provide a quote before any work is carried out.
